The curved mini cavities are designed to make iron-rich and evenly cooked paniyarams paddus and ponganalus. The bottom of the pan is heavy and purpose-built to allow even heat distribution to all the cavities. The pan is factory seasoned with organic and cold-pressed gingelly oil for a naturally non-stick pan surface. No chemicals are used.
