Beautiful colours which look great on toned paper, white paper and even canvas. They glide on the paper effortlessly and have a brilliant sheen. They also work well with mixed media, the sunflower is gouache with a bit of pearl gold over it ?

Colours are sheer and shimmer, wouldn't call them metallic! Box instructions says the pans are semi-mosit but all the pans are dried out in this box and some even have dry cracks at the edges of the pan. Also copper shade was half filled (can't really tell from the picture as the it's not able to capture the depth of the pan). The only shade filled to the brim of the pan is moss green. In terms of opacity, like I mentioned it is sheer. Seems expensive for mediocore quality this product is offering. Will update the review once I have painted pictures on both black and white sheets.

I had good experience with brusto papers and also was impressed by the ré age of art products they have and wanted to try the metallics. The color ranges is not so great and the Pigmentation for the gold and the silver is not at all good.

Pros1) Pigmentation is awesome.2) Colors are super smooth and very vibrant.3) You can use it with watercolors or over watercolors after the first layer dries out.Cons1) I know it said half-pans but the size is really very small.2) For the above reason, the price is high.
