The brush pen is good quality and produces nice colours. Though it says it is refillable no info is available. The brush tip is flexible and doesn't spread out even after several uses. If it bleeds the paper then use a normal brush to apply water on the paper same as water colouring. This does something to the paper as after drying the brush pen does not bleed.

Water based brush pens are just ok!Totally disappointed with packaging. As soon as I opened the package, everything was haphazard inside. One of the pen’s cap (the blue colour seen in the picture) was open and the colour had leaked a bit, two three caps of other pens were open. The plastic pouch itself was indented and was open.It felt like it is a used product, or at least tried and tested.Extremely poor packaging and service.I would have returned this product immediately, but I’m keeping it as because, it’s a water colour brush pen... if nothing I can use like normal water colour... with use of water.
