Worst quality ever...it bursted while blowing up. The balloons were of cheap quality.star n heart shaped balloons never burst..but here that too was flat in a moment. White balloon with glitters could not hold glitters for even a minute..it bursted as well. Do not recommend this n will never buy again .

Foil ballons ( heart and star) are very nice. Could have provided a tube for inflating them. Without tube you can't inflate. Confetti doesn't scatter with air. (It may with helium). Red latex balloons are good. I felt its little over priced.
