I used this on pure cotton and mixed cotton bras, but it don't stick properly.. after each feed, I need to pull it to is place to ensure it is there.. we can use cloth pads instead of this.. non use of sticking it and not staying in placr

Horrible pass! They're plasticky and rough, hurt your nipples, they don't stick to the bra properly, they look like you've stuffed cardboard down your bra because they're so stiff. They hardly soak up the leakage. Don't buy these
