1) 2 johnson baby shampoo was ordered and one of those came with a broken cap/ pump. (Picture included) 2) The plastic covering that covers the entire bottle was not present on any of the 2 bottles. 3) The foam protection around the Cap area was also not present on both the products.

I am using since 2021 i love this product only thing is it take more then 5 6pumps to cleanse properly but it is mild and can be used daily i wash my hairs daily no hairfalls no dandruff nothing just small things to keep in mind use hair massager to cleanse properly don't mix with water apply directly to hair take less amount of water to mulsify and cleanse and rinse
