I truly and honestly had to write about this product. This gave relief to my baby in pain though she uses it not very often. I had heard that it is useful for adults too but was not sure as I had never used it on any adult. Its the best product for colic baby unfortunately not working for my baby. I bought it for travelling purpose but couldn't help my lil one. May be he has different habits to relive from colic. But still good option to massage on tummy it helped a bit ??
