It's 100 percent natural and has fruit flavour..however if ur kid loves fruit flavour he might consume it like a sweet..hence parents shud be cautious so that they don't get addicted to consuming it and u neeed to teach them to spit the paste out so that they can eventually learn spitting the adult pastes as they grow older
