Received as shown in the picture. It's metallic. 2-3 balloons had holes which is ok and expected in a pack. The only reason to rate it 2 star is I found them too expensive. You can get the same thing from any local vendor at much much cheaper rates.

Don't suggest to buy if u have a small baby ...These balloon started busting within couple of minutes after filling air.my baby got scared and crying instead of smiling.its really very cheap product.By purchasing these products u will waste ur money time & efforts .
