The Silicon flat spatula is ideal for mixing of batters and due to flexible in nature it is excellent for cleaning of left overs form the utensils as well as Mixy Jars. As it can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees celcius to 250 degrees celcius it can also be used for sautés and stews. Very comfortable tool for also removing sauces out of jars. It is safe for oven microwave and refrigerator. Made from 100% food grade silicone and safe for food. A very verastile tool. The Silicone Pastry brush is used for spreading melted butter ghee oil or glaze on food or to apply on pans utensils etc. It is also used for spreading juice butter etc while preparing barbeque and also in baking of breads and pastries. Product is good for what is offered. The cupped shape of spatula makes easy to use. The other spatula is also okay though bit inflated from both sides so operation is bit less accurate. Brish fibres are bold and seems to last long. If only you could have provided for a replacement spatula and brush heads.

The Reno Germany made silicone spatula, spoon and brush is durable and heat resistant but with the plastic handle it is quite difficult to stir in pans as the plastic tends to get soft due to heat for that i had given 4 stars. The product is also bit expensive and there is also a product with wooden handles which is also very expensive. If it is used for cooking purpose like stir in pan on oven then I will not recommend to buy it. I will only recommend this to buy only if it is used on low heat application or used in for mixing baking and brushing. However I can assure you that the silicone is heat resistant but not the handle which is made of plastic.. One thing I also want to say that the head i.e. the spoon or the spatula or the brush some times come off during washing but it is OK not a big problem. Its handle can't resist heat it melts cut from 2-3 place spatula silicon is good if u buy with wooden handle otherwise I lil bit disappointed by its handle coj they mention to resist heat up to 200°c
