Its a value for money so don't wanna complain alot but if I could point out where they can improve is making an appliance in such a way that it is easier to clean too. Breadcrumbs always falls into the gap but not onto the tray below and starts to burn black inside. There is simply no way to clean completely. 2nd thing would be that it doesn't toast uniformly, sometime some areas get toasted more than other areas. But overall it's not bad for the price

Performance of this Toaster is very satisfactory. Toasting of bread slices is even. Word of warning:- Start your toasting on browning control knob set to 2. Intial high setting will burn the toast. If No. 2 setting does not give enough browning then only increase it to no. 3 . By experimenting with two or three toasting you will know your setting. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.
