Bought the product looking only at the high rating (and the sheer numbers of ratings), but overlooked the questions section where people clearly talk about the flimsy jar quality (with lots of photos and videos available too!).The jar cracked in less than 24 hours, on the second use of the appliance. Not recommended at all. Wiser to invest in a higher quality make, even if it costs a little more.

Glass jar has been broken we noticed that after 2days of delivery we don't have original box of product what to do for glass jar replacement there is lekage in glass jar.

So far has been working well. Requires cleaning once a week. If you are in habit of using large mugs of coffee then it might make you wait a bit. Works in per cup ( shot size ) espresso basis so a large mug takes 10-15 min. Overall, happy with product.Tip : try experimenting with flavour by adding occasional cocoa or cinnamon or clove to coffee beans ( ground ).
