"I purchased the Milton Thermo Steel Carafe 24 Hours Hot or Cold Tea/Coffee Pot, 1500 ml, Silver, Stainless Steel with high expectations, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the product. The carafe claims to keep liquids hot or cold for 24 hours, which it did do. However, the button on the lid that is supposed to control the flow of liquid is defective and did not function properly. This made it difficult to pour the liquid out of the carafe without spilling, which is not only inconvenient but also messy.I was extremely disappointed with this product and found it to be a complete waste of money. The carafe is not only unusable due to the broken button, but it also made a mess of my countertops and floor. Additionally, the design and construction of the carafe are not user-friendly, making it difficult to handle and use.Overall, I cannot recommend the Milton Thermo Steel Carafe 24 Hours Hot or Cold Tea/Coffee Pot, 1500 ml, Silver, Stainless Steel due to its defective button and overall poor design. I would suggest looking for other options that are more reliable and user-friendly."

It's lid is very poor quality. It damaged 1time and I get another one from the manufacturer. But it also damaged within one month. Other parts are OK. But its lid problem makes it not worthy
