It’s a good product, easy to use , the glass provides a convenient visual reference on how much water to pour in . It heats fast . The kettle sits snugly on the base, and is easy to handle. Also looks good . Given that I use 2 /3 cups maximum at a time, should have looked for a 1 litre capacity. Other than that an excellent buy.

I purchased this kettle three months ago, and it has been a complete disappointment. Despite regular use, it stopped working, leaving me frustrated and without a functioning appliance. The lack of durability is unacceptable, and I expected a longer lifespan from a product of this nature. I wouldn't recommend this kettle to others based on its short-lived performance.
