This product was easy to use and worked like a charm for almost three months and one fine day stopped working. When I power on the electric kettle It turns on and I see the blue LED lit up BUT the kettle doesn't boil the water. Perhaps I got unlucky with the product it seems, I hope Customer care will help to resolve this issue.

If your water kettle stops working, you will struggle to get any service. I am struggling for last one week to get it fixed. First, they will take your request and will tell you that they will not share any service center details upfront, it will be received by sms in 48 hours. Later, sms stated that an engineer will visit my place. No one visited. When i called the cusstomer care, and asked about this, they said that no one will visist, infact i have to go to service center. When i asked how wud i know the service center when u did not share it earlier, and also u sent an sms stating an engineer will visit, there was no asnswer to the question. Then they shared the service center number. Later when i tried the number, it is always switched off. Hard to believe this 3rd class pathetic service from Kent.
