Operationally it is good. Lid opening for water filling is not convenient. A switch or handle could have been better. The electrical on off switch location can be changed to avoid it's operation while handling.

I brought the Kent Glass Kettle. I stoped working with 1 month. Paid 300rs to get it fixed under warranty by their service center came back not working. ???? I have to pay 300rs again. Seriously defective product.
