Not very good in quality. Worked well for 7 months and one day the glass cracked due to overheating. Ideally this should not be the case since it has auto cut off.

Advantages
Material: the heating tray material is quite cheap. Plastic is not something very difficult to procure and use so please keep your brand name up and use the better material for heating tray. Also on the kettle handle the buttons are very cheap. Pros: good looking kettle and heats water in few seconds. Cons: Material is a big flaw is this product. And water gets heat up too much, it’s non drinkable hot. And there’s no way to set how much hot the water you need.

1500 Wayys means we hv small 5 amp plug, at 2200 Watts you need 15 amps plug. So be aware. Boils 750 ml in 2 minutes, good for me. Lessons:- 1. Do not throw away packing till return or replace date. 2. Check before buying: Few have Return other have Replace only offer. 3. On boil over, first click is switch tripped off. 4. 15 seconds later, another click resets the thermostat. 5. Base heating as in this kettle is less efficient, has more hot spots than an immersive coil as in my previous kettle. Next buy will be a kettle with a coil NOT a hot base plate. 50 seconds vdo shared. Over all a very fine offer, I do recommend it. Thank you.
