I bought it a few days ago and its bottom ring broke automatically, I handled it with care and using a single hand, but the bottom silver ring broke after 10 days of usage automatically. It is a false promise that anything stays hotter or colder for 24 hours, Hardly it stays in managed temperature for 3 hours only.not worthy product
