Not sure why there was a gap between our and the utensil base. It seems base was disfigured.Overall the steel used is very thin and soon we will have bends in the lid.... let’s see...You may try better options ....

Very good product for making food with less oil n the non stick coating is superb. It will last long if u don't clean the vessel with cleaning liquid while it is hot.... Also do not use a steel wool scrubber on it.
