Too much used product is sent... Atleast minor scratches in 1-2 parts are there which was returned by other customers, then also it is fine. But in all the parts, scratches are too much which can be seen in photos. I expect new product while I am paying you fully.

Quality good.Chops well, small, takes more time and patience but gives good results.Kneading one should never try in this. It would break.One thing that is irritating while circulating the upper knob if takes a lot of efforts. You have to grab tightly the cup and then push the knob which makes it very difficult to operate.But if you have patience and strength it would work.

I ordered this in hope of kneeding dough after I saw a video on youtube ! Thats ofcourse in addition to its chopping/slicing/whipping capabilities .. and I thought it would be a perfect helper to the ladies in my home !!I received the package in a tightly packed condition (Box inside a box) .. inside a small box and i wondered how everything could have got fit inside such small space ? I opened and to my surprise the disc with blade was tightly fit into the first gear space in an unjustified manner.. So i would give the packaging a 1 star as it took me and my father whole good one hour to pull out disc and blade out of the 1st gear !!The testing went though spotless! The blades are sharp and well capable of chopping hell out of any onions and cabbages !! Yet.. not tested other veggies though.. whipping for making a icecream smoothie went good too !But beware.. this seriously is not a dough kneader .. you have to purchase other gadget if you are only looking for dough kneading function.. You only have option of sharp blade for kneading the dough and that take hours !! There should be a high grade plastic attachement for dough kneading that needs to be accompanied here .. Rest.. I am home :)

although this product is promoted by chef Sanjeev Kapoor but it's not reliable as they show a juicer blade on the screen but never provide it to the customer as my friend has bought the same product even they don't mention it in the box in the contents so that the customers who complain can not say that you haven't provided the juicer blade.plus the slicer is not working coz it has some manufacturing faults. kneader and chopper blades are working good but the price of the product with only 2 blades [ kneader and chopper ] working is much much higher. I'm disappointed with wonder chef.. local company chopper and kneader are better than this...pls pls don't go with the brand name...they charge you for the brand but not ready to give you the quality as per the price.

I have been using this chopper since the past 2 years . It takes time to learn how to operate it . Manual efforts are more . But once you get a hang of it ,believe me, it is so useful to chop veggies like onion ,carrot , raddish , cabbage , cucumber, tomatoes etc into very small uniform pieces.Green leafy vegetables like palak , methi also can be cut superfine .As for slicing , kneading dough , i didnt find it so useful .

Very bad response from the company side, first time I returned the product because it was defective, second time the lever broke into two in few days, I've been contacting the customer care, got complaint number but no one showed till now, it's been a month. Service quality is very bad
