So far, I have only chopped veggies. The chopping is fine but the cover doesn't lock so it gets difficult to hold it and chop things. I tried reaching amazon customer care and wonderchef customer care too, great disappointment from both the ends.

Product is good and sturdy but cannot dice thick vegetables or carrots, gears wont move.. For such heavy items heavy duty mixer / grinder is required

Just received the product yesterday. I should say that it's a must-have in the kitchen. I was initially worried about the blades being not sharp enough. But it proved to be otherwise ???? ( attaching the picture of my experience) . The most unfortunate thing is that the info on the product mentions about a non slip base but sadly the product delivered to me doesn't have that black ring on the base so it's a little slippery. But I can work around that. Kudos to wonderchef for the wonderful product. That veg cucumber salad was ready to go with just two rotations in 4 gear. Will update after trying the slicing and kneading blades.

Very sad product and sad service.The product is highly priced , but thought by name of wonderchef will be nice product.But it is not. As seen the jar is made up of plastic and the handle is attached to plastic jar. I have use this product for two months ND one funevday the handle was little loose. I thought I will check on site for this details, after two days the handle came out. I wrote email followed and they said they will send technician. The technician was just a Kay man with prepared answer that he cannot do anything ,company will not listen an if you want you pay 390 for replacement of jar.But what if I pay this amount ,it didn't last two months how further it will last and this is plastic product which is easily breakable by usage with no time warranty.Don't buy and waste hard earn money.. see pic how plastic came out.
