It gave my wife and kids immense pleasure for just a couple of months. It was working very efficiently till then. But it broke around the round knob while rotating. That is a very weak spot. I ordered a handle for rupees 152/-, after cotacting the customer care@ wonderchef. It arrived. But this also didn't last long. So once again I ordered for yet another handle. This is yet to be received although I remitted the amount way back in May. My several reminders have elicited no reply or action.Going through the reviews and the questions asked, one can see that the design is at fault. There are umpteen complaints of broken handles. If this is attended too, it would be one of the best choppers in the market. The blades have to be handled very carefully, for they are very sharp and several havereported that they have injured their fingers, because they handled it carelessly.

We are using this product from last 6 months.Pros:-1. Useful when we need to cut vegetables in larger volumes in less time.2. Can get rid off from Onion blues.3. Chopping and Mincing are very handy.4. Easy to maintain compared to other food processors.Cons:-1. Slicing is not useful (or) that easy as they shown in demo. Practically all the vegetables will not be in certain size which can be fit on top of the lid and its difficult to rotate knob and handling the pusher.2. Shredding didn't turn well, even after spending time on adjusting the respective blades.Would have been a good option to have the top section only in black color, instead of glittering black. Also heard that, product is not having good customer care channel to reach them on any product issues.

The pros - the blades are nice n sharp. Makes cutting n chopping effortless. It's manual so works even when there is no electricity. The container is large enough to accommodate a large quantity of veg's.The cons - considering the fact that you are going to use this product everyday, it's is just not as sturdy as it should be. The design of the lid n handle could be better, not concealed properly which results in food getting stuck in small opening making it difficult to clean.
