i ordered the product and got it within a week.i knew the GREAT INDIAN SALE would cause the delay.packaging of the product was OK.i got an outer Silkrute box inside which there was another box of wonder-chef surrounded by the latest plastic balloon bags.inside this wonder-chef box was the product box inside which was the product.all the blades and other material is inside the jar.the slicing blade comes separately on top of the box.The product is very good. its compact and looks durable. the price of 671 is not a deal braker at all.the interesting thing is that i got a sharp knife and a vegetable peeler FREE.also i got a voucher of 500/- on my next purchase from wonder-chef website.thanks Silkrute for this surprise.talking about the product, it gets the job done.blades are sharp. plastic material seems durable. anyways i saw some scratches on the jar handle.if u dont know how to use it, see the video from YouTubea good gift for all the men & women out there who are homemakers and cooks. :)also it would be better

My husband bought this Food Processor for me. Have been using this food processor for the past few weeks. It chops all soft veggies that you'd like cut into fine pieces, slices, wafer thin. Only thing it cannot cut vegetables into cubes.I also used it to knead dough for chapatis and pooris - needs one or 2 attempts to perfect the combination of flour to water but comes out fine once you've figured that.The blades are really sharp and should be used with utmost care. Keep this faraway from your children.We finalised this product after checking out all the available options for manual food processors. Overall, I am really happy with this purchase.

This is the third time I’m purchasing this same chopper, two for me and another for my parents’ house. This is my best friend in the kitchen. Chops everything as fine as you want. Using it regularly for onions. It even chops green chillies that are so small. Another fine usage is to beat eggs. They become super fluffy when I use this chopper to beat em. I will not recommend other wonder chef products but this one is simply amazing. If you are a researcher like me, stop researching and get this one.

Got the first piece with a broken jar. Returned it and got replacement piece.Have only tried cutting veggies so far.The good:It does the job of chopping vegetables well when the chopping blade is usedLower gear is easy to operate during the initial cutting, though it takes timeThe bad:Easily breakable - the jar, the lid and the rotorHave to be very careful when using top gear with veggies and it might easily break if more force is appliedThe cutting platform - is not easy to use, one blade was not fitting into place as it has some manufacturing defectEverything except the blade is plastic, not sure how much of it get into your food while chopping/kneading.
