Handmade and thus there's a bit variance between the individual coasters. They're also not exactly circular but a bit oval which sometimes makes the coasters get stuck in the case. However they come loose on turning them.This review is after a couple of months of regular use with hot coffee mugs and boiling hot soup bowls. They didn't wrap unlike some reviews. I have however kept them dry as being wooden they can wrap if they come in contact with water. They're of medium weight.not very heavy and not so light to get blown away either.One drawback which might happen over time is dust. The coasters have intricate deep carvings which can accumulate dirt/dust and then they might look ugly. As of now, they look amazing with wooden furnitures.
