There was a slight defect in just 1 of the coasters they sent us & we contacted them they immediately had it replaced. This is something highly commendable & worth appreciating, considering we’ve come across quite a few sellers who do not care to revert to queries or mails despite several reminders.Coming to the product, i must say i was completely satisfied & in fact in love with the coaster set the moment i opened the package. It is exactly as shown in the image (in fact even looks better). It has a very elegant & classy touch to it & matches very well with our wooden theme home decor. It’s worth the money.Once again, thanks Silkrute & Craftland for an amazing product! ????
