Some bowls arrived broken. The Customer Service said they couldn't do anything about it and I have to live with the broken pieces as is, because the item is non-returnable. There was really no viable packaging. I am not at all surprised the bowls broke with the kind of packing they did.

Incorrect product stickering led to wrong product received. The weight of the box was barely 200 gms when compared to actual 7.6 kgs of dinner set. Hence there was no need to open the box to see the contents, returned it. It was embarrassing for me as it was a gift to someone.

I ordered 2 sets .1st set comes in good pakaging and in proper condition.2nd set come without pakaging except the la opala box.Matlab 2nd set ko aise hi la opala ka jo box aata hai uspar bill lagakar bhej diya.Meri 1 full plate tuti hui aayi.Silkrute walo ko fragile material ki pakaging par dhyaan dena chahiya.
