I received a damaged product, out of 33 items from the set, one plate was completely broke as in the picture, product is really good, not blaming the seller, the delivery guy mishandled the package, so it broke.

Firstly i received a broken bowl as mostly customer are receiving usually due to careless packaging, secondly of those who are thinking that's pure ceramic material and expecting it to be rought and tough let me tell you it's not, it's more of made from glass material and not a long lasting item.

To my surprise the product was nicely and safely packed. I couldn't find any flaw in the product. The dinner came in a strong thermocol case and the crockery were wrapped in sealed plastic film. The quality matches my expectations.No breakage or chipping found. Overall a best in class product. Timely delivery and packaging by the seller was awesome.
