Nigella full-body 3-Ply Roti Tawa offer you a splendid cooking experience. A layer of aluminium is sandwiched right through even at the sides between two layers of high-grade steel. Superior food-grade 18/8 stainless steel on the inside and 430 magnetic stainless steel on the outside making the pan highly heat conductive and induction friendly. This helps in faster cooking via efficient heat distribution and better heat retention. This also prevents burning of food lowers usage of oil and enables healthier cooking. The steel never tears literally lasting a life time. This is a cookware range for both professionals and homechefs with 10 years . Nigella Pans have just the right thickness for optimum performance. They are 4mm thick to balance between strength and functionality. Aluminium Core is 9 times better conductor of heat than steel and aids in fuel saving and in Even Heat Distribution. Steel utensils should be kept in low or medium flame which is equal to non stick or aluminium or cast iron kept in high flame. Apply some oil and rub it all over using a pinch of hing powder with onion once it’s heated up
