Vinod tawa is Preseasoned good. Dont cook at high flame. Heat at low to medium flame before making dosa. Extreme heat will destroy seasoning and you need to season yourself to cook again. I use onion dipped in oil to save seasoning after every 3-4 dosa. Happy iron tawa cooking. Follow instructions given in Manual for better usage.

Advantages
Using this platform to convey to the company that the fabric handle they provide with the tawa is a complete waste. It's not easy to clean, I personally found the grip lacking. Can do away with it, or make it optional for buyers. Other than that, great tawa. :)
