Good stuff. The finish is not comparable to Lodge pans, however for the price, it is a very good buy.If new to cast iron cookware, please read up information on the net regarding its maintenance. Also, be prepared to handle HEAVY cookware, not provided with insulated handles.Overall, we prefer cast iron cookware to stainless steel or tri-ply, and we found this Kadhai very good for vegetables and other dry dishes.

I am writing this review after using the pan for few months and for me this pan an absolute favorite ...you have to apply a few drops of oil after u clean it. (I clean with diluted vim gel with light scrub) and just clean with water before using
