The non-stick coating is really good. I tried making dosas/pancakes without oil and they came out fine. The drawbacks are: it doesn't work on induction as the seller mentions, and the handle is pretty loose.

The tawa looks nice and seems to be of good quality. It's too soon to tell. I will write another review after I use it. But it seems to be too large to sit on the hob being 31 cms. But having said that, the partitions for the dosas seem to be ok, howeverI.am finding it hard to get a suitable lid to cover it.
