This is very light and nice. Heats quickly as its light. Good to save gas if you have to prepare dosa frequently, but go for a heavier guage if you want that crispy golden brown dosa cooked over a long time. Deluxe version should do the job better. I purchsed this as everyone at home has their own breakfast timings and this definitely saves a lil bit of gas.
