Initially we faced problem with this tawa ( dosa sticking to the surface ) . As per dynamic company advise , we have used it frequently . First thumb rule for cast iron dosa tawa - more you use , better the performance. Second thumb rule - never use dosa tawa for making roti / kababs . Third - Dosa tawa can be used for egg fry or omlets - This will improve the performance Now , we are absolutely happy with the products. No stickiness while making dosa . Thanks for DYNAMIC Team

I was reluctant at first seeing the price, but its definitely worth it, doesn't Stick like other pans, material is far more superior that ensures a non sticky cooking possible. Just go for it without second thoughts.

I have had my cast iron tava for a long time. I had to get a replacement, since I gave it away to someone who was a first time user. After using this one for over a month now, I find that it is working very well. The dosas are not sticking too much to the pan, (as expected with a new pan). It has been pre-seasoned pretty well. I previously bought 2 cast iron pre-seasoned Lodge skillets, but I still have problems with ingredients sticking to it. The size is perfect, distribution of heat is not perfect, but that could also be a problem with the flame of my hob. The only thing that I didn't like was the ridge on the edges of the pan. It makes scooping up the dosa a little harder. Not too much more harder, but I find would have been happier without the ridges.

We have been using this product from last 1 year. Works very well. Earlier I used to buy 3 layer non-stick coated tawa's but they were getting damaged every 3-4 months of use. Therefore, we turned to this Cast Iron tawa. The product is very good. Initially some difficulty is faced when the tawa was new, but as you start using it & maintain it properly your Dosa's will come of easily & won't stick. Packaging is excellent. Highly recommended.
