The cast-iron pan is very sturdy and the rings on the bottom keep it stable on the stove. Since it is pre-seasoned it was easy to start using it. I just followed the instructions sent and the first time the paddus were sticking to the pan a bit, but the second round onwards it worked like a charm. You would never go back to non-stick once you've tried it.

Good product, but the paniyaram size is too small. I could not make out when i purchased. If you take the big size one...only 7 gets made, so i ordered the one with more...but too small paniyarams
