Quality of the steel is good enough I would say and the steaming pot is sufficiently heavy ...the idli plates are good but the mini idli plate is not very strudy and it doesn't sit very well in the steamer. Needs a little adjustment. I wish the price could be a little less coz it feels overpriced to me compared to other counter parts like Amazon brand solimo and others .

Product is good for nuclear family. Light weight so have to handle with care. Make sure to use required amount of water else bottom gets burn easily. Have to be conscious while using salt water, it's not a rust free product. Plates has minute holes, so can be used without clothes. I used this pot several times, idly came very well if we applied little oil on the plates

Wonderful product, makes more no of idlies in plate. Sturdy easy to clean, what more can I ask. The positioning of handles in the plate could be in the center is the only feedback.

I bought the luxuria 21 idly pot. When I make idlies in the 3 plates, the top plate makes soft and fluffy 7 idlies. But the next two plates(14 idlies), it gives WATERY AND HARD IDLIES. Its because of the droplets that exactly come from the curve area of the above plate. The design should be in the zig zag manner so that the droplets don't fall on the top of the idlies. Now I am really not happy about this product as it can make only 7 good idlies and 14 bad ones.. Pls don't buy. U can find out the cons once you use it. At that time you can't return. I strongly suggest seller to stop manufacturing this product as it cannot make fluffy idlies.
