Good one for making all kinds of paniyarams.You can also make sabudhana and potato vadas. The recipes are online.The thing to remember is to keep the heat low and let the food cook slowly.Patience is needed for cooking in non stick as too high heat will wear out the coating.The only minus point is there is no cover as covering will speed up the cooking process.I used an old cover.
