Came packed nicely with the glass top cover intact. The metal lining of the glass cover had a small dent around a part of the rim, but didn't affect how the glass lid closed on top of the nonstick pan. Hawkins also provided a recipe book, a wooden ladle and a plastic non abrasive scourer along with the pan and lid.

Big size. Good quality. One issue (also listed here by few other customers) the glass lid’s metal lining was bent at one part. Not able to correct it yet no matter how much force you put on it. Don’t know why seller is repeatedly sending this kind of lid to customers. Otherwise the product is good.

Beautiful Product as Hawkins is one of the best. Pros are thick base, glass cover as you can view the food to be cooked, grip of handle is good. Due to heaviness durability is good. Cons are no front support to pull the utensil up from gas as it is heavy, so to pull up by handle only is a bit difficult. Glass lid should have a hole to pass the hot air while cooking. Overall fantastic ?? product. Will recommend.
