Wow!! That was my first expression after using vessel for boiling milk. Regret that I didn't buy it much earlier.. Nevertheless..its one of the best vessel i have purchased.The handle never gets heated. Inside the vessel -heat retention is longer. A bit heavy to hold.

Because of the depth maybe heating is not even. I made ghewar with this but bottom side of the ghewar turns dark brown. Due to technical reasons in Silkrute app I could not able to place return order also. After all efforts customer care representative created return order but nobody came to pick up

Excellent quality material. Handle is good. Heats very quickly even on low flame. One negative is that pouring of milk is sometimes tricky as the milk might spill if you are not experienced or pouring very slowly
