I used it for the first time today. The lid was tightly locked in place but the steam kept escaping from the sides. When I picked it up to remove it from the gas the handle on one side snapped . I am 3 days over the return window. Can you plz replace it

Defective product sent twice. First time there were scratches all over the cooker. After placing the replacement request the replaced product was delivered immediately on next day. However it was worst that the first cooker. There was fevicol on the knob of the cooker. It seems they have tried to stick the damaged knob with fevicol and there were scratches on the lid as well.

I brought this Cookware and it is very handy to use. In about a months use, the glass lid got suddenly burst while cooking pulao. Fortunately no injury to anyone. So be careful while using glass lid of this cooker.When talked to customer care they asked to visit Service center which is 800km from my home. Disappointed with that too.The other steel lid is good to use and handy.My mother is huge fan of prestige products that's why brought this.Prestige should take care of this from next time. We didn't expected this from Prestige.
