??It is a inner lid type cooker which has significantly less risk of explosion as compared to outer type cookers. Steam doesn't escape and cooks food rapidly saving fuel significantly. Very sturdy & durable. Also steel doesn't erode over time so it'll stay strong for years to come (except gasket which is replaceable).??The triply sandwich base is 5.5mm thick which is adequete as food doesn't stick to bottom also the other walls are 304 food grade stainless steel which is very easy to clean.??The deep lid doesn't let fluids flow over and make a mess.??The pressure valve is covered by plastic making it easy to grab and prevents spraying hot water/steam. The dual safety valve assures peace of mind.????Also the black lid handle is made of anodised aluminium for flexibility while closing the lid.????The handle is sturdy but the quality of plastic used should be drastically improved. The plastic in lid handle is thin and filmsy and wrap all around hot metal handle.????It is a tall format cooker. A wide flat format cooker is more convenient.
