I bought this pressure cooker 2 months ago and we've been using it ever since. I can tell you from the get go we knew this was the real deal. It is strong and sturdy and works like a charm. My grandmother loved it and says frequently that in all of her years this is the best pressure cooker she has used. We have been using it on our induction cooker and it works extremely well on it. It's body is not made of the typical aluminum and therefore you can feel that it is a lot stronger than your usual cookers. I'd like to address a complaint that some people have stated in their reviews, of the lid closing little tighter when the cooker is new: if you apply weight evenly using your hand on top of the handle, while opening, it opens very easily and this tightness happens only in the first few days because the handle and its rubber are brand new. The tightness is also a good thing because it shows quality of the make of the cooker. Absolutely lovely product. Thank you Pigeon. You guys are setting newer, better standards for quality and we are very happy with this pressure cooker. Cheers. And of course, lest I forget, thank you Amazon ?? 5/5

i have purchased this product 20 days back and from last one week the cooker is not working properly. the cover became loose now, its not creating pressure. even if you put rice in that it will come out side without even opening the cooker. i will suggest everyone not to buy this product. this looks good but doesn't work. and the return policy is also ended in one week only.

The product works well, but after first use itself there is yellow stains all over inside the cooker and it is non removable even with a steel scubber. Usually in an aluminium based coocker we will be qble to remove any stains by srubbing. In this case it is not possible.

I have purchased pigeon brand cookers previously also and I'm still using them the quality of those cookers is too good. For the first time I'm disappointed with such a quality. I received a damaged lid handle, the quality of the cooker gasket and over all quality of the cooker is too bad. Hope the company will rectify and give there customers the best quality.
