You would think, why buy such a pricey cooker when other options are available for much lesser price. It is hard to find fully hard anodized yet durable and tough product for Indian cooking purposes. It comes with a 5 year warranty. The handles are sturdy and won't come of or break easily. It gives an elegant look to your kitchen. Have been using it twice daily, for 6 months now. Just go for it.

The cooker is fantastic.No argument there.The handle is so delicate that the cooker fell ,empty,from stove top to kitchen counter top,a height of 6 inches maybe and the handle broke at the point where it attaches to the cooker body.I did a wise thing and ordered TWO handles from Silkrute.
