Advantages
The pan is nice and deep with a glass lid. However, the bottom is not absolutely flat and centre portion is shaped like a dome i.e. slightly raised, with the result the pan doesn’t work on induction. When i place the pan on induction stove, it flickers for a moment and then goes off. Feel sad that I cant use it on induction stove, which is what I have.

Ghatiya product. Actually honestly speaking I am using only wooden spoon. Still the non stick cost remove in 3 months.Manufacturer told metal spoon friendly. Now they told it is not manufacturer defect.

I purchased on April 2023 made waranty claim on July 2023. The manufacturer deny to settle.

Review post 2 months of regular use - this kadhai is great! I selected it after carefully going through multiple options. I was so confused because every kadhai's reviews had complaints about the coating coming off, but I selected this one since it had the highest proportion of good reviews. And I wasn't disappointed! It's an excellent non-stick that requires minimum to no oil to cook. Easy to clean, no need to scrub. It is extremely sturdy as well, with strong handles. I have avoided using metal spoons on the surface, so not sure if that claim stands.
