A good product where some thought has gone in to match it to the Indian conditions.The base is a flatter trajectory on the outside while the inside is round giving you the advantage of stability along with kadai shape on the inside. The handles are smooth and well positioned to hold the Kadai and engineered to reduce the temperature by providing air insulation (hollow handles). The cleaning around the handle rivets is a bit of a problem but hot water scrubbing does the trick. The company needs to do some more research on the material to avoid the rainbow colours that appear due to high heat burning at times. However, our Kadai is fine and looking good despite daily use for over a month now.
