Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel aluminium and stainless steel . The inner layer is made up of food grade 18/8 stainless steel which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free. The middle layer is consists of aluminium throughout this ensures in even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food. The third layer is made of 430 stainless steel for induction compatibility. The kadai can be used for sautéing deep frying and for preparing curries and gravies. This triply stainless steel kadai is ideal for 6-7 people

This is a kadhai that will stay as it is for years to come. The base is quite heavy, nothing burns while cooking even on mid flame. Very impressed with the design and finishing, the handles though become little hot while cooking for longer periods. Initially I felt the price is quite high for this, but after usage, I feel it's worth investing in this.

Not easy to handle as handles get hot as well as the lid handle gets hot. Likelihood of dropping the vessel while cooking. Food is also sticking to the bottom quickly.

Very good kadai. I Was afraid to purchase steel kadai as it may tend to stick at the bottom and burnt issues. But happy with the purchase only found the riveted handles are fixed too down around one and half inch deep in the kadai which irritates while stirring food in it. If the handles are fixed properly at the upside of kadai it would be more better. The makers may kindly note it.

perfect for indian cooking, tri-ply steel is better than all other stuff such as non-stick, cast iron, aluminium, etc. It is close to non-stick and does not require any care and manintenance. the deep kadhai helps keep things from flying out when giving tadka or mixing the food," but lid handle becomes hot, kadhai handle also becomes hot from the sides, so have to wait till it cools down.
