Giving it four Stars as the piece I received had a little bit of rust on the outer side. Overall the Kadai is very good. I am using it on the induction and it is working very well. No sticking, No burnt food. If you clean it properly, as provided in the user guide, it can give you the best results.Note: After a week of uses I can see a little bit of metal (Outermost black layer has some kind of carbon coating, it's not a 'non-stick' coating according to the company) appearing on the edges of the Kadai (Has attached an Image). It's not an issue though. User guide clearly says that this is expected and if you season it regularly, this won't be a problem.
