The middle layer of triply is a heat conducting layer which is sandwiched between food grade SS 304 surgical stainless steel and induction friendly magnetic stainless steel. Been using kadai regularly since a week and it does its job wellProsSlightly Heavier compared to similarly sized kadhais from vinod bergerner hawkins.Made in India, unlike bergerner which is Chinese.Handles are insulated.ConsThickess should be atleast 3mm to ensure longevity , however except hawkins all other brands give only 2.5 mm base thickness

Very good heat distribution, also the fit finish is top notch.The lid fits propely and creates even heat/steam distribution.The only downside is it's heavy, but that is done on purpose to keep the quality in check. This shows that very good quality steel and inner aluminium is used. Overall construction is robust and will last ages.And to top it off Stahl Made In India

Wonderful product . The kadai gets heated soon and is uniformly heated throughout. Very easy to clean. The weight of kadai doesn't allow the kadai to toggle. Made from pure stainless steel, so must be safe to cook.

Great product that works beyond expectations. The heat distribution while cooking is even and stable resulted in perfectly cooked vegetables. Spread little amount of oil with help of a tissue paper before heating on the surface and very less oil is needed after that. Heavier and better than other brands triply. Very easy to clean and maintain. Would buy more of it surely in other sizes. My only concern is I'm not explained the metallurgical difference between triplex and triply because both are different terms and that is where my concern is. The manual speaks of cleaning up of food and tart items quickly and that makes me wonder why does steel surface come with such instructions.
