The middle layer of triply is a heat conducting layer which is sandwiched between food grade SS 304 surgical stainless steel and induction friendly magnetic stainless steel. It uses 20% less oil than normal cookware. Stahl cookware is the only triply cookware that boasts of investment cast ergonomic handles that are a perfect grip in your hands. Great finish and looks beautiful. The handles do tend to become hot when used for a longer period. We have been using it for all kinds of cooking from the day we received this. Easy to clean after cooking. This is not a non-stick kind of pan. So keep the heat medium to low. High heat cooking will burn the food. We have cooked dal, fish curry, pasta, chicken curry etc. without any issues.I have already bought 3 of these now. One 30 cm kadhai and two 26 cm kadhais.

Steel quality is good, durable and food not stick to it. Choosing stainless steel cookware over iron and aluminium is a healthier choice to avoid heavy metal toxicity. Iron and aluminium are reactive to food. Stainless steel and ceramic are considered non reactive. In recent study aluminium particles were found in brain of patient of alzheimer's disease. Recommended for low heat cooking. I am giving one star less due to the fact that seller sent different item in first time. They replaced it later. Otherwise product is very good.

Food does not burn easily. The tri ply bottom makes it heavy. The kadhai is good for making subzi for a 4-5 person family. Overall happy with the purchase.

Excellent Quality as triply product. Capacity is 26 cm and 3.3 litre is specious for my five family members. Slightly costly, but considering it's Quality, Price is worth.My wife is very happy as she got one best quality of multiple cooking kadai.Now a day Triply is best option, I strongly recommend to purchse 26 cm kadai those have 4 to 6 members family.26 cm kadai will be serve all purposes cooking. One time purchase will be best decision.

The steel Kadai offered by STAHL is awesome. As said, it's quite sturdy and well built. I personally loved this product a lot. A steel kadhai fan should definitely purchase this product. The thickness is also pretty good and it's very easy to clean as well. The product is well marketed because I didn't notice any flaw in the original one which I received while comparing it to the pictures pit up.

Excellent product. Food don't stick, it's an over all thick kadhai not just the base. Good for 2-3 members. Its easy to clean (dishwasher safe). Got this for my home in London as most utensils induction friendly don't often work on electric glass top hob, but this one works perfectly well. Very happy with the kadhai and the decision I made buying this.
