The middle layer of triply is a heat conducting layer which is sandwiched between food grade SS 304 surgical stainless steel and induction friendly magnetic stainless steel. It uses 20% less oil than normal cookware. Stahl cookware is the only triply cookware that boasts of investment cast ergonomic handles that are a perfect grip in your hands. I have been using this product for over 2 years now on both induction and regular stove and I am nothing but impressed with the quality. The bottom is thick which ensures no food sticks to the kadai. As it promises, it takes very little gas to heat the contents and cooking is super quick. The handles are sturdy and the product is durable.

Used it couple of times .. steel quality is good ..sturdy ..cleaning is easy...made some dry veggies ..they come out good ..if u keep the flame low veggies don't stick much.. u have to keep an eye though .. it's good for gravies n all ..no issues there .. as said by other customers the lid handle does get hot .. need to use a cloth to pick it up ..Over all a good quality product . Happy with the purchase.

I have ordered 2.4 ltr kadai. Its too small. It’s suitable for 2 to3 people only . If you want to keep 2 kadai then its fine. For first time purchase and having a family of 5 members then go for 3.3 ltr. Though kadai is very good. Sides are rounded. Easy to handle. Quality is also very good. There is no second thought. You take couple of days to get used to it. And most importantly never keep this on high flame as heat distribution is even. Use in medium flame. I have been using it for 1.5 years. Its really worth it. Best thing for kitchen.
