This is not the quality expected from Prestige. The granite coating is peeling off so quickly and this was only used twice. it was used with a wooden spatula and didn't use any sharp utensils on it. Unfortunately, we used this pan after the return period was over and so now I need to claim warranty for this product. One spot started peeling off and two other spots has developed cracks in the coating (visible in the photo attached). I hope to get a replacement through warranty.

Does not heat evenly. The cooking surface is not flat, it bulges up in the center. Takes time to heat up. Build seems sturdy, but other than that there is nothing great about this pan. Buy something else.
